Reporting on Archived or Former Employees

How to pull reports, history, or signatures for former employees who are archived or have termed or separated.

There may be times when you will need to use Blissbook to report on the compliance history of employees who are no longer part of your organization. Blissbook retains an employee's history after they have been archived, below is how you can access that history:

In the Employees page, and under the 'filter' button click "Show Archived" and search for the employee in question. You will see options to view and print the documents and acknowledgements pertaining to that employee. You can click between the Activity and Signatures tabs, and switch between documents as needed.

In the Reporting page, use the Reports button to the right of the screen to open the reports panel where you can toggle between the following views:

  • Compliance by Document

    • Add "Show Removed" filter, search for the employee in question then toggle between ACTIVITY & SIGNATURES tabs, switch document as needed.

  • Overall Compliance

    • Add "Show Archived" filter, search for the employee in question then toggle between ACTIVITY & SIGNATURES tabs, switch document as needed.

You can also filter by archived date by showing the column in the report via the 'columns' button.
