Save and customize policy library views

Customize the policy library with default and saved views, plus the Cards layout for batch review.

Written by Diane Marshall

Blissbook's policy library is infinitely customizable via filtering, grouping, and use of custom properties. You can create infinite different views of the same data to make it easy to jump into a particular work mode, whether that's reviewing content, responding to comments, checking the status of a policy under review, and more.

Default views

Blissbook ships with some common views by default. They appear in the Views panel on the right side of the policy library.

If you don't see the panel, it's minimized. Click the Policy Views button at the top of the policy library to open it.

Create or edit a saved view

Any time the currently selected view is modified (via a filter, change to the column width or ordering, showing/hiding a property, grouping, etc.), you'll see an orange View Changed tag. Click it to see your options.

Copy link to view: Copies the URL for the view to your clipboard so you can share it with others.

Update view with changes: Saves the current modifications back to the currently selected saved view.

Save as new view: Creates a new saved view. Opens a modal where you can name the view, give it a description, and choose who can see it (just you or your whole team).

Reset view: Undoes any modifications to the currently selected view and reverts it back to its last saved state.

Table vs Cards layout

If you're doing edits to or a review of multiple policies in batch, it may be faster and easier to load a bunch of them at once and view them all in one long single-scroll column. Switch to the Cards layout using the layout toggle at the top of the policy library.
