If you’re a collaborator on at least one policy, you’ll receive periodic email digests when:
Someone mentions you in a policy.
Someone replies to a comment thread you’re part of.
Someone provides feedback on a Review you started.
Someone ends a Review you started.
Someone else edited a policy to which you have Full Access
Someone else commented on a policy to which you have Full Access
Someone else suggested an edit to a policy to which you have Full Access
How it Works
Go to Policy Library > Settings (click Policy Library in the main left nav, then the Settings button in the top right corner), where you can modify the available actions and adjust the delivery frequency from instant to never.
For “instant” delivery, you can customize how they're batched (every 15 minutes, 30 minutes, 1 hour, 2 hours, 4 hours).
Best Practices
Encourage your team to keep digests enabled to stay aligned.
Use mentions (@Name) in comments to pull in the right people.
