Put AI to work inside Blissbook (or don't)

How to get there

From the left navigation panel in Blissbook, click Settings in the ORGANIZATION section. If you don't see it, that means you aren't an organizational admin. Ask someone on your team to give you access.

Once you're in Settings, click the BLISSBOOK AI tab at the top of the page.

Bring your own API Key (PRO plan only)

By default, Blissbook's AI features run on usage credits. Your plan includes a base number of credits, and usage above that will be invoiced per your agreement.

(Blissbook's AI features are currently in beta and there are no limits being enforced.)

You (or your IT team) may prefer to use your own API key. Common reasons for this are:

  • to keep all AI activity within your organization or your org's preferred AI vendor for security reasons

  • to avoid needing to use Blissbook usage credits

To set this up, click the Add your API key button. Once entered, Blissbook's AI features will send API requests to the appropriate endpoint and all responses will be handled by that endpoint.

Usage

This section shows how many AI credits your organization has consumed.

AI Features

This is where you control which AI-powered features are enabled for your organization. Blissbook's product team is continually expanding the feature list below. Currently, this includes:

  • AI Chatbot: When turned on, your audience members can ask the chatbot anything about the content they can access. You can set this to Off, Test Mode (so you can try it out before your audience sees it), or On.
