Blissbook allows you to set expiration schedules for policies so they can be reviewed and updated at a cadence of your choice.

To set an expiration:

  • In the policy library index, check the policy or policies you want to update

  • Open the Expiration dropdown

  • Select "Set Expiration..."

In the pop-up window, you can:

  • Set when the policy should expire (e.g., annually on January 1)

  • Choose who is responsible for renewal (e.g., anyone who can publish, a lawyer, owner, approver, etc.)

What happens when I set an expiration?

The responsible person (chosen when you set the expiration) will be sent a reminder every Monday to remind them about their expired policies. They'll also see an alarm clock icon on each policy in the policy library.
