To access your email branding options, go to the side navigation in Blissbook and click Email Automation, then open the Email Settings tab.

In the Email Branding section, you can customize the visual identity of the emails Blissbook sends to your employees on your behalf. This includes:

  • Primary color

  • Font

  • Logo

  • Banner

  • Footer text

  • Footer link

Adjusting these elements will ensure your messages feel familiar and trustworthy to employees.

Default Branding Profile

Your organization comes with a customizable default branding profile. Once you edit this default profile, you’ll unlock the ability to create additional branding profiles.

Once you have multiple brand profiles, you’ll see a radio button to the left of each. Use it to choose the profile you'd like to use for your outbound emails.

Note: The ability to create multiple automated email templates, each using different branding, is coming soon.

Customizing on a Per-Notification Basis

When sending a specific manual notification, you can override the default branding and choose a different profile:

Preview & Test Your Branding

Before committing to your design:

  • Preview a profile by hovering over the eye icon or clicking Edit to view the full branding setup.

  • Send a test email using the Send a Test Email button to see exactly what your recipients will receive.

We recommend sending a test email after making changes so you can be confident everything looks just right.
