You may have employees who don't have access to technology or aren't capable of signing an online document or handbook for any number of reasons. When this happens, you can manually record a signature in Blissbook so they can all be tracked in on place.

To record a manual signature:

  • Click on the "Reporting" tab, switch to the Document view, select the right document, and then click on the person who needs a signature recorded. The person's details panel will slide open on the right.

  • Click on the "Signatures" tab within the Modal

  • Click on the button that states "Record an Outside Signature"

From there you can choose a date and time along with which version your employee signed. If your handbook uses our Languages Feature, you'll also be asked to select which Language your employee signed off on. When you're done, be sure to click save!
