If you use Front.com as a support desk for your HR operations, you can now add a live chat widget to your Blissbook documents.
It's a quick 3-step process:
Find your HTML <script> tags.
Email the tags to our team.
We'll install it for you on the handbooks/documents you specify.
1) Use the "Install Front Chat on your website" section of this front.com help article to figure out what <script> tags to send us. The tags look like this:
2) Email those tags to support@blissbook.com and tell us which handbooks/documents you'd like to have your chat widget.
3) We'll get it set up for you, after which you can test it out on your document preview. Once it's good there, you can publish/launch your handbook and it'll be available for your employees.
