Your document should be very intuitive and there's nothing you can "break" by exploring. That said, you may want more info on how to get around.

Reading

To read your document, scroll down like you do on any other webpage.

Signing

If you need to sign your acknowledgement, you'll see a red SIGN IT button at the top of your desktop browser or on the bottom of the screen on your mobile device. Click/touch the button, type your name, check the box if there are read more sections, then click/touch the Sign button. Done!

If the acknowledgement form is long, you'll need to read the whole thing (aka scroll to the end of it) for your signature to be accepted. If you do not do that, the text will turn red and you'll see an error message.

Searching

To find specific content in your document, click into the search box in the top left (desktop) or touch MENU in the top right, then touch Search (mobile). Type your query and you'll see results that you can cycle through.

Table of Contents

Your table of contents will show up for 1 second when you open the document, then slide away to the left. To get back to it...

To the left of the search box (desktop) or in the top left corner (mobile), you'll see 3 bars and the letters TOC. Click this to open your table of contents, where you can click headings to jump to different sections.

MENU

In the top right corner of the page, you'll see a circle that says MENU in it (desktop) or the text MENU with 3 vertical dots (mobile). From this menu, you can:

  • Get contact information you can use if you need help

  • Print the document to PDF

  • If you're a manager, access your Manager Dashboard

  • If you need to sign your acknowledgement, open the acknowledgement form modal

  • Sign out of the system
