What to do after you launch your handbook to its audience

Once a handbook is launched, it's accessible by everyone in its audience at the URLs/links you saw in your launch checklist. If you need a reminder of what those links are, you can find them on your home page:

If you're wondering what to do now, here are some options.

Collect Signatures

You can watch (by refreshing your browser) the views and signatures roll in on your Reporting Center. Click REPORTING in the side nav.

Make sure you open up the handbook and view/sign it yourself. On your home page, click the green View button (see screenshot above) to view your version of the handbook and sign it.

And because there are always a few stragglers, you can send reminders to people from your Reporting Center. In the Employees view, click an employee's row to open their details, then select the 1-Click Remind button that shows up next to their name in the top right.

You can also do this in the Document view if you want to send reminders based on a document someone hasn't signed yet. Select the 1-Click Reinvite / 1-Click Reminder button.

You can also remind everyone who still has some work left to do by clicking the Send Reminders button to the right of the filter box. Make sure you give your employees some time - a whole handbook can be a lot to take in!

Make Changes

You can edit your handbook anytime! From your home screen, click the gray Edit button for a handbook (see screenshot above). When you're done, click the purple "Publish..." button and follow the workflow. Your audience will always see the latest published content.

Automate Your Employee Sync
