Blissbook can automatically sync your employees and other people from 80+ different HRIS or AD platforms, including HiBob.
Get Started
Once you've reached out to our team and have been given access to the HRIS integration feature, follow the steps below:
1) Navigate to People in the main side nav (you must be an Org Admin or Tech user), then click Settings in the top right.
2) Click the Connect your HRIS button:
3) Select Hibob: In the drawer that opens, click Hibob. If you don't see it, search for it by typing "hi" in the search bar.
Follow the steps on the screen. Use these instructions if you get stuck.
Troubleshooting
Get help with common issues with setting up an HRIS sync integration (it's usually a permissions issue).
Notes
For an employee to be properly synced over from HiBob, they must have a valid work email address.
If you'd like to exclude anyone from your sync, follow this help article AFTER you've completed the above setup.
