All print versions of your handbook include a table of contents with page numbers, plus a footer that includes the version being printed, the page number, and the date that version was published.

There are 2 ways to print your handbook to a PDF.

Printing from Within the Editor

At the top of the screen, on any of the tabs of a handbook (Documentation, Content, etc.), there is a printer icon next to the Version #. Click it to open a PDF of the latest published version of your handbook. In the below screenshot, that would be Version 3.

Printing from Within a Handbook

The published version of a handbook has a Print to PDF option under the blue MENU circle (top right). Hover over where it says MENU and the options will appear.

This Print to PDF option is available to anyone looking at the published version of your handbook, including employees.

Printing Old or Draft Versions

If you need to print an old version or the preview/draft version of your handbook, you'll first need to open the handbook you want to print.

To open an old version, click the little clock/arrow icon right next to the print icon (see first image above) and then choose the version to open.

To open your preview/draft version, go to the Content tab and click the white Preview button in the top left, which is next to the blue Publish... button.

Once you have the version open, hover over the blue MENU circle and choose Print to PDF.

The version you're printing will appear on the cover page and in a footer at the bottom of each page.

The draft/preview version of your handbook will also include a DRAFT watermark.
