You can copy or "clone" a document in Blissbook and it'll copy over all the sections and design assets to a new document. Before you do that, consider whether one of the alternatives below fits your situation better.
Consider these alternatives first
Are you creating a separate document because some of the content in the existing document needs to be slightly different for a specific group of people? Try personalized content instead.
Are you doing an audit and a round of updates for a big new version, or do you want to make big changes to the look and feel? You don't need a new document. You can edit your existing document draft without employees being able to see it. Just publish your updates when you're done. This ensures all of your version history is retained within one document and makes it easier for you and employees to maintain and access it.
Doing something else? Feel free to run your idea by us and we'll let you know if it's the most efficient way to go.
How to clone a handbook
If you're ready to clone a handbook:
Go to your Home page or your Document Library.
Hover over the document you'd like to clone.
Click the gray down-arrow button next to the gray Edit button.
Choose Clone and follow the prompts from there.
The screenshot shows the document hover menu with the down-arrow button next to Edit and the Clone option in the dropdown.
That's it.
