Rotating or renewing your SSO certificate is a quick and easy process.

  1. Go to your settings page: https://[subdomain].blissbook.com/organization/settings

    1. [subdomain] is your unique Blissbook subdomain

    2. *You may need to ask one of your existing Org Admins to set you up with an Org Admin or Tech role on your organization in Blissbook. Here are the instructions to do that.

  2. On the right side of the SSO section, click the Edit button:
    โ€‹

  3. You'll see a list of all SSO providers. Click the Edit button again next to the active SSO provider.

  4. Click the Add a new Certificate button at the bottom of the modal.
    โ€‹

  5. Enter your Cert info (Base64), then click Add Certificate.

  6. Now you have 2 active certificates in Blissbook. Once you test the new one out successfully, you can deactivate the old cert and then delete it if you'd like. Hover over the cert in the same modal as above and you'll see options for those.

Notes on testing:

  • Open an incognito/private window or use a different browser where you aren't already signed in to Blissbook.

That's it!
